Ideally a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for large items A0/A1 to ensure work can be schedualed in and details for the design are fully up to date.
However last minute orders are accepted, subject to season and availibility.
For weddings and events you will not need to provide all the details until closer to the event, ie dates/names.
On bespoke orders placed by email or phone, work will start as soon as the 50% deposit has been made. Orders will not be dispatched untill payment has been made in full. To ensure clients receive a design that suits them and their occasion perfectly, it is important that requests and ideas are as specific as possible. It is key that there is an understanding of what style/specifics are required for the design.
Collection is available on all pieces.
Items can be hand delivered to your venue or home. Please provide details for delivery (subject to radius, delivery charges will be stated within quotation).
​Postage is not included in the generic price list/shop.
However with all bespoke custom enquiries postage will be included in the quotation if requested. When posted all items are carefully wrapped to prevent any damage.
